At Bossi Black Bundles, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (hair extensions and braiding hair), we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if the product has been used, opened, or altered in any way.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase must be included.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at veronda.houston@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant images if the item is damaged or defective. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the item you prefer.
